    • 115g butter, softened
    • 175g self raising flour
    • 1 tbs icing sugar
    • 1 tbs arrowroot


    1. Preheat oven to 160C.
    2. Cream butter and sugar and add arrowroot and flour and mix well to combine.
    3. Line a baking tray with baking paper, then using a teaspoon, scoop a spoonful of mixture and roll it into a ball. Place it on the tray, and repeat until all the mixture is gone.
    4. Press each ball gently with a fork and bake for 10 minutes. Cool.
